Nine full page half-tone illustrations and numerous drawings and symbols.
800 Copies[?]. In 1916 the book was advertised in Form at 10/6. 4+60 pp. 15.5″ x 10.5″.

A number of copies were bound in vellum. In 1916, these were described as “Signed. Artist’s Bookplate” and offered by The Morland Press at 30/-. The bookplate has led a number of dealers to catalogue such copies as “author’s own copy” and to price accordingly. Some vellum bound copies do not have the bookplate.

With a new foreword by Kenneth Grant; 1000 numbered copies.

White wraps; printed blue; 11.75″ x 8.25″; 100 copies. This impression is evidently the basis of a later reprint found with yellow card covers, being held together with industrial staples.
