Vellum backed grey boards; 17.5″ x 13″.

A few copies were apparently issued with loose pages, in grey boards with green ties.

Eleven full page drawings and many small decorations.

The “signed and numbered original edition, Artist’s Bookplate” was advertised in the 1916 Form at 30/-. This had increased to Two Guineas in the 1921 Form.

Vellum backed; green boards; 17.5″ x 13″.

This edition had an additional illustration “Pleasure”, the introduction by James Gutherie was re-set to cover one and a half pages and some vignettes re-arranged.

In 1916 the book was advertised in Form at One Guinea.
