GENERAL

These are our general terms and conditions for making purchases from our website by e-commerce. Payment for orders over £500 in value may be arranged by bank transfer upon request.

Payment

We can accept payment via Stripe for most major cards, including: VISA, MASTERCARD, SOLO or SWITCH.

Delivery

We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Depending on the service you select, typical transit times are as follows:

UK 2-7 days
USA 5-8 days
Australia 7-14 days
Rest of the World 7-14 days

We use Royal Mail for all orders under 2kg, and DHL for orders over 2kg. All orders over £70 in value are send tracked, and you will receive an email direct from the chosen servide with tracking details.

We will deliver the books ordered to the delivery address that you specify when completing your order. Please ensure your contact details are up to date on the website as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address. All delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability of the service, normal processing and delivery time. Public holidays are not counted as ‘working’ days. During the month of December, when postal services worldwide experience exceptional demand, delivery times may be longer.

PLEASE NOTE: Books that are purchased as PRE-ORDERS can only be dispatched once we are in receipt of stock from the printer. For multiple orders, we will dispatch as a single shipment unless requested otherwise.

Postal Boxes

We regret we cannot deliver orders to P. O. Boxes. Customers are advised to provide an address suitable for daytime courier delivery and their mobile phone number.

Returned Goods or Cancelled Order Policy

In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied please contact us via the general enquiries form and arrange to return the goods to our mailbox. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us. We will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. We shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
